Painting with Natural Elements

Hello!

A couple of weeks ago, I shared a quick video on 'painting with coffee' to promote one of our coloring books.

The positive response it received was beyond our expectations. Encouraged by this, I've decided to share a couple more ideas about sensory painting using natural elements.

This technique, which I've used with my students, helps create a delightful sense of wonder and relaxation.

Both children and adults find themselves captivated in the process of extracting pigments from natural elements, encouraging a genuine sense of joy. It adds an extra layer to Mindful Painting, forming a deeper connection with our senses and enhancing the overall relaxation of the experience. You become fully immersed in the moment, right from the beginning.

This time, I've posted a new video where I'm painting with different elements like coffee, turmeric, blackberries, and spinach. The idea was to showcase some of the variety of pigments and elements. The beauty of this technique is that you can experiment with as many elements as you'd like.

As a recommendation, just keep in mind allergies and individual likes and dislikes. The goal is to have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable experience!

🎨✨ Which other natural elements could you use to paint? What about tea, pumpkin, or maybe chocolate? 🍫😊
